- Obtain school permissions for SIP contests and activities.
- Conduct Parent Presentations.
- Generate leads and support business growth initiatives.
- Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.
- Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
- Collect marketing outstanding dues.
- Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling teams of 45 members are preferred to handle franchisees.
