Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive business growth in assigned territories. You'll build relationships with customers, promote bank products, and achieve business targets.

- Business Development:
- Source new business leads and prospects
- Sell and cross-sell bank products (loans, deposits, insurance)
- Meet sales targets and business objectives

- Field Work
- Regularly visit customers, prospects, and referral partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify business opportunities and report to management

- Customer Service

- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer queries and issues.

Requirements . Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Willingness to travel extensively
- Knowledge of banking products and services

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
