Job Overview

As a Business Development Officer, your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You will act as the face of our company, engaging confidently with international and domestic clients to understand their technology needs and pitch our software development services.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Analysis & Prospecting: Research and identify target industries, businesses, and decision-makers who require website, mobile app, or custom AI application development.
- Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively find and capture fresh leads through cold outreach, professional networking, and strategic social media engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Client Communication & Pitching: Initiate clear, confident, and persuasive communication with prospective clients via calls, emails, and skilled messaging platforms.
- Sales Conversion: Understand client requirements,



present Accelray’s software solutions effectively, handle objections, and successfully close sales to meet targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through professional consultations and consistent follow-ups.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all leads, interactions, and sales pipelines in the company CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical and project management teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, or B.Tech/B.E. preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, IT recruitment, or customer relationship management.
- Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Personality: Highly dynamic, self-driven, and confident individual with a proactive attitude toward learning new technology concepts.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Familiarity with social media selling (social selling) is a significant advantage.
