Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert qualified leads through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other B2B channels.

- Prepare winning proposals, manage bidding activities, and close high-value deals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to deliver tailored business solutions.

- Track market trends, maintain CRM records,



and achieve revenue targets.

- Promote the company's IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Shopify, WordPress, UI/UX, SEO, Digital Marketing, and AI Solutions.

Qualifications Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.

- Proven expertise in proposal writing, bidding, client acquisition, and negotiation.

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
