About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive who can procure event projects, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Your main responsibility will be to bring in work for Swapna Sounds – including corporate events, weddings, concerts, political conferences, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients in the event, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through meetings, calls, networking, and online reach-outs.
- Build solid relationships with event planners, agencies, production houses, hotels, and venues.
- Stay updated on upcoming events, tenders, and industry trends.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals/quotations, and follow up regularly.
- Represent Swapna Sounds professionally in the market.
- Maintain a client database and provide weekly reports on leads and conversions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
- Confidence to meet clients in person and explain our services
- Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of the event/AV industry is an advantage
- Willing to travel locally for client meetings or project visits
