Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a robust background in IT services sales, particularly in Mobile and Web Development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal creation, client conversion, and managing end-to-end business development activities across India, US, UK, and Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, etc.)
- Handle end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, estimations, and RFP/RFQ responses
- Communicate effectively with international clients (India, US, UK, Canada)
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion metrics




- Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and smooth execution
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior BDEs or sales team members
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Required Skills Qualifications

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT company
- Strong knowledge of Mobile App Development and Web Development services
- Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and conversion
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, India)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
