Job Summary:

GSK Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Staffing Agency sales/business development. The candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, MSP/VMS relationships, vendor onboarding, requirements generation, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and acquire US healthcare clients, MSPs, VMS programs, hospitals, nursing homes, LTC/SNF and healthcare facilities.
- Generate current business through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Prospecting Discovery Presentation Negotiation Contract Vendor Onboarding Requirements Placements Account Growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and MSP/VMS stakeholders.
- Coordinate with recruitment, compliance and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Negotiate rates, contracts and commercial terms.




- Maintain sales pipeline and client information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of recent US Healthcare Staffing Agency sales/BD experience.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and vendor onboarding.
- Experience working with MSPs/VMS and/or direct healthcare clients.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing and recruitment.
- Knowledge of staffing for RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, Locums, LTC/SNF and hospital roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, prospecting, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams.
- Willingness to work onsite and during US business hours.
