We're hiring: Business Development and Sales, Pune & Delhi NCR

SpecSol Ingredients is hiring two relationship-driven, high-performing individuals, one based in Pune and one in Delhi NCR, each with an existing network across dairy, bakery, beverages, confectionery and processed foods.

We're a specialty food ingredients distribution company backed by a founding team with 60+ years of building in this industry.

What you'll do

- Build and grow relationships with food manufacturers across the region
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical conversations, sampling, trials and closing
- Work alongside our technical and application team to solve real formulation problems for customers
- Be the face of SpecSol in the region

Who we're looking for

- 5-8 years in B2B sales of food ingredients,



additives or specialty chemicals
- Comfortable with technical products and customer-facing problem solving
- Based in Pune or Delhi NCR and open to travel within the region

*Dairy/Food technologist preferred
