Business Development Manager – Home Automation & AV Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the home automation and audio-video integration segment. The role involves client acquisition, in office consultations, and end-to-end sales execution for premium residential and commercial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and luxury segments
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys
- Generate leads through architects, interior designers, builders, and direct clients
- Present and demonstrate home automation, audio-video, and smart solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain to customers
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mind set
- Basic technical understanding of wiring, networking, or AV systems
