We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand Scholartude’s presence across assigned cities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech industry, field sales, admissions, partnerships, and team/business development.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive student admissions and achieve assigned business targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain partnerships with schools, coaching classes, and educational institutions.

Conduct field visits, meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.

Expand Scholartude’s brand presence and reach new students and institutions.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with schools, parents, students, and other stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Work closely with internal teams to achieve business and admission targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry.

Strong communication,



negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Proven experience in field sales and business development.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Ability to develop new partnerships and generate business opportunities.

Candidates should be willing to relocate to Jalgaon, Amravati, or Akola, as applicable.
