- Develop and manage a structured Business Development system for quality lead generation
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into commercial opportunities
- Build and maintain a solid prospect pipeline through focused Business Development initiatives
- Drive digital lead generation and improve lead-to-conversion effectiveness
- Create documented workflows for lead generation, follow-ups, and opportunity management




- Support growth of SAS Powertech’s Electrical Services offerings across target sectors
- Review team performance, optimize processes, and contribute to business growth targets

- Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Strategic Account Management
- Relevant exposure to Electrical Services, Industrial Services, Compliance, Engineering Services, or Technical Consulting sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen
- Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable Business Development strategies
