? We’re Hiring: International Business Development Manager – Software Testing & QA

Radiance Testing Solutions is looking for a results-driven International Business Development Manager to acquire international clients for our Software Testing and Quality Engineering services.

? Primary Target

Acquire a minimum of 2 new international clients every month.

A client will be considered successfully acquired once the commercial engagement is confirmed and the first payment/invoice is received.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach international prospects through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry events
- Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Connect with CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Engineering Heads and QA Leaders
- Present Radiance's capabilities and understand client requirements
- Coordinate technical discussions, proposals and commercial negotiations
- Own opportunities from prospecting through deal closure
- Maintain a healthy international sales pipeline capable of consistently achieving the monthly client-acquisition target

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

- International IT services sales/business development experience
- Existing relationships with international technology decision-makers
- Experience selling QA, software development, cybersecurity, cloud or other IT services
- Proven experience generating and closing B2B opportunities
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of monthly revenue/client targets

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives The compensation structure will reward successful client acquisition, with additional incentives for exceeding the monthly target.
