PaisaBazaar is building a leading digital platform for Fixed Income investments in India, spanning Bonds, Fixed Deposits, and other savings products.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem. The role involves identifying and onboarding banks, issuers, NBFCs, and other financial partners, negotiating commercial relationships, and working closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard banks, issuers, NBFCs, and other financial partners across Bonds and Fixed Deposits.
- Build and own the end-to-end partner acquisition strategy.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships across the Fixed Income ecosystem.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, taking partnerships from initial discussion to launch.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end and drive business volumes and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
- Track and monitor key partner, business, and performance metrics.
