About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and build a strong sales pipeline for our architecture and interior design practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the company’s sales and business development pipeline
- Generate and convert leads into qualified projects
- Handle client communication, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Build relationships with homeowners, developers, builders, and commercial clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documents
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track sales targets, conversions, revenue, and business performance
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels




- Maintain accurate CRM and lead-tracking systems

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Business Management
- BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification
- Mandatory experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or allied industry
- Solid communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
- Ability to understand and communicate design, architecture, and interior solutions
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing design studio

Architects are also encouraged to apply if they have strong business development, sales, client-management, or commercial experience.
