Job Summary

MantraCare is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers / Executives to drive corporate partnerships across India and international markets, including the USA.

The role will focus on B2B lead generation, client acquisition, sales closure, corporate relationship management, and revenue growth for MantraCares EAP and Healthcare Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert B2B corporate leads through multiple channels.
- Identify and connect with HR, CHROs, HRBPs, Procurement and other key decision-makers.
- Drive sales for EAP, Telehealth, Coaching, Mental Health and Healthcare Services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct client presentations,



prepare proposals and handle commercial negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-8 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Corporate Sales or Enterprise Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and sales closure.
- Ability to build relationships with senior corporate stakeholders.
- Experience in EAP, Healthcare, Telehealth, Mental Health, Corporate Wellness or HR Services is an advantage.
