If you have 5+ years of Life Insurance experience and your current CTC has been ₹7 LPA+ for the last 2 years, you may be considered for CTC up to ₹15 LPA*.

? Performance Incentives:

₹50,000 to ₹20 Lakhs+ per year

? Uncapped & performance-based

? Your Role• Recruit & develop Financial Consultants (FCs)

- Recruit & develop Elite Insurance Managers (EIMs)
- Build and lead a productive sales team
- Drive Guaranteed, Term & Investment Solutions
- Achieve monthly & annual business targets
- Conduct client meetings, field visits & joint calls
- Develop business across Mapusa, Bardez & nearby markets




- Coach and motivate your team
- Ensure compliance and quality customer service

? Who Can Apply?• Graduate / Postgraduate
- 1–7 years of Sales / BFSI / Life Insurance / Pharma / Real Estate / Telecom experience
- Strong communication & sales skills
- Target-oriented and team-building mindset
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
- Candidates from Mapusa, Bardez & nearby Goa preferred
