Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in government-sector electrical projects, tenders, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue business opportunities with government institutions and ESCOMs.
- Lead preparation and submission of electrical tenders.
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
- Track government tenders, policies, projects, and market opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for tender submissions.




- Support business development and project acquisition activities.
- Manage client relationships and follow up on opportunities.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in business development related to electrical projects.
- Experience handling government institutions/ESCOMs and electrical tenders.
- Strong understanding of government tendering processes.
- Established network with relevant government/ESCOM stakeholders is preferred.
- Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
