Role & responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through tele calling and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the branch team to support business growth.
- Maintain records of client communications and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate / Diploma / PUC.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
