Position: Freelance Business Development Manager (Commission-Based) Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Out Projects Engagement Type: Freelance

Location: Remote / Field-based (travel required for client meetings)

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven Business Development professional who can bring in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, office spaces). This is a purely commission-based role — earnings are tied directly to the projects closed.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads from builders, architects, real estate developers, corporate offices, and retail brands.
- Approach potential clients through cold calls, meetings, and networking events.
- Present the company's portfolio and service offerings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/estimation team.
- Follow up on quotations/proposals and close deals.
- Hand over signed projects to the internal execution team Track leads and pipeline via CRM or Excel.

Eligibility:




- Freshers/1-3 years of BD/Sales experience (interior design/real estate/construction industry preferred).
- Must have own network/contacts.
- Must have personal laptop and phone.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented .

Commission Structure:
- Fixed % commission on the total value of each closed project (e.g., 3-8%, negotiable based on project size).
- Payment released only after successful project closure or receipt of client's advance payment.
