Job Summary We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the electrical industry to generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Generate enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking and payment collection.
- Develop relationships with dealers, architects, consultants, contractors,



and project management companies.
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for successful project delivery.
- Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
- Identify opportunities in electrical contracts, panels, and related services.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the electrical industry.
- Electrical Engineering qualification is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of electrical contracts.
- Experience in estimation/pricing of BOM/BOQ is preferred.
- Knowledge of LV/MV wiring, panels, and electrical components is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
