Position: Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales & Gifting)

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Travel within Delhi NCR as required)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000/month + attractive incentives on closures + travel reimbursement

Demould is one of Delhi's leading premium bakery and gifting brands, specialising in handcrafted desserts, luxury hampers, corporate gifting, B2B offerings & hi-tea experiences. We're growing rapid and need an ambitious Business Development Manager to build partnerships, generate revenue, and create long-term business opportunities.

What You'll Do

- Generate leads through corporates, event planners, wedding planners, venues, hotels, cafés, restaurants, educational institutions, hospitals, co-working spaces, gifting companies, luxury retail brands, and other strategic partners. .- Build & manage partnerships — develop new sales channels for bakery products, premium gifting, customized hampers, desserts, and corporate solutions..
- Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, working closely with the Sales Head..
- Personally handle key accounts while managing lead allocation within the team..
- Plan seasonal campaigns well in advance for Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, corporate gifting seasons,



wedding seasons,and other key occasions..
- Coordinate with marketing to keep brochures, catalogs, presentations, pricing sheets,and sales collateral updated..
- Identify event opportunities — pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, corporate activations,and experiential events — and execute them end-to-end..
- Track everything in CRM — leads, meetings, proposals, closures, forecasts —and submit weekly/monthly sales reports with actionable insights..

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Sales (F&B;, Hospitality, Luxury Gifting, Events, Retail preferred)..
- Strong networking, negotiation,and presentation skills..
- Leadership experience, able to manage and motivate a team..
- Highly organized with strong planning and execution skills.. . Comfortable with field sales, client meetings,and travel across Delhi NCR.. .- Self-driven, target-oriented,and comfortable working independently - Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace,and AI tools..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
