Who we are

Skillfloe builds online course businesses for creators. The creator teaches. We build everything around them. We work with creators around the world, and we're building to do this for hundreds of them.

What you'll do

- Find creators who fit — on social platforms, membership sites, course marketplaces and anywhere else they're building an audience
- Reach out and get replies — in your own words, not from a script
- Take conversations from first reply to signed partnership, including running the calls
- Write what closes: pitch materials, follow-ups, post-call notes
- Hand signed creators over to our account management team
- Own the pipeline and report on it
- Find new ways to bring creators in

What we're looking for

- 1–4 years in business development, brand partnerships or talent at an influencer or creator agency
- You've closed deals, and you know what it takes to get someone with an audience and options to say yes




- A strong communicator — explicit, persuasive and natural in writing and on calls
- Comfortable working with creators in the US, UK and beyond
- Rejection doesn't slow you down
- You pick up tools quickly — outreach and data tools like Clay and Instantly are part of the job
