Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in EV buses and charging infrastructure, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop strategic partnerships with corporate, institutional, logistics, and public sector clients.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, leading client meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with product, operations, and engineering teams to create tailored mobility solutions and ensure smooth project delivery.





The Business Development

Manager will track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and support long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement across corporate, institutional, logistics, or public sector environments.
- Ability to conduct market and competitive analysis, develop growth strategies, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
- Knowledge of electric mobility, EV buses, charging infrastructure, or related clean energy domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Hindi and other regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Prior experience in mobility, transportation, automotive, infrastructure, or clean-tech sectors preferred.
