CitrusCopy is a Hyderabad-based digital growth and creative agency working with 30+ brands across healthcare, hospitality, F&B;, D2C, real estate, EdTech, and tech. We handle everything from brand strategy and content to performance marketing, SEO, UI/UX, and website development and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a sharp Business Development Manager who can walk into a room (or a cold DM) and turn conversations into long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do:

- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across industries we serve
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal pitching and onboarding
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline using LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and ecosystem networking
- Collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft compelling, customised pitch decks and proposals
- Represent CitrusCopy at industry events, startup meetups, and networking forums in Hyderabad and beyond
- Track and report on pipeline health,



conversion rates, and revenue targets
- Identify partnership and referral opportunities with complementary businesses

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing — preferably in a marketing agency, or startup environment
- Robust communication skills — you can write a cold email that gets replies and run a discovery call that builds trust
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (social media, performance marketing, SEO, branding) so you can speak the language with clients
- Comfortable working with CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told where to look for leads
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
