About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 8+ years of experience in the events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, achieving revenue targets, closing deals, and building strong client relationships .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across events, sports, entertainment, and brand activations .
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders .
- Lead client pitches, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop new accounts and drive repeat business and revenue growth .
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and production teams to deliver effective client solutions.




- Monitor the sales pipeline and business performance.

Requirements
- 8 to10 years of experience in Events Services / Event Management / Experiential Marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets .
- Strong business development, networking, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills .
- Good understanding of events, sports, entertainment, and brand activations .
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
