Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.

Target Industries

- Information Technology:

IT staffing, technology and qualified services clients

- Skilled Manufacturing:

Manufacturing companies requiring skilled and technical workforce solutions

- Healthcare:

Healthcare organizations requiring staffing and qualified workforce solutions

Responsibilities

- Prospect and acquire recent B2B clients

- Identify companies with current and upcoming staffing/workforce needs

- Reach decision-makers through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

- Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and executives

- Schedule client meetings and present SITA Consulting Services





- Negotiate agreements and close new accounts

- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships

Ideal Candidate

- Proven B2B business development or staffing sales experience

- Existing relationships in IT, manufacturing, or healthcare are highly preferred

- Demonstrated ability to bring in new client accounts

- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

- Self-driven and focused on measurable sales results

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus commission/incentives based on new accounts and revenue generated.

- We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate a history of personally acquiring and closing new B2B clients.
