1. Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales growth for QHRM's HRMS/SaaS solutions in the Indian market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, converting qualified leads into customers, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HRMS, ERP, CRM, payroll, or other technology solutions, with proven experience in consultative selling and team management.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers across target industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct product presentations and online/offline demonstrations of QHRM.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable QHRM modules and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved company guidelines.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closure and handover to implementation/support teams.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Allocate leads and territories effectively among team members.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
- Monitor individual team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
- Support team members in handling difficult prospects, negotiations, and closures.
- Set daily/weekly activity targets for calls, meetings, demos, and follow-ups.

Pipeline & Performance Management




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM.
- Monitor lead conversion, demo-to-sale conversion, sales cycle, and revenue performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyse sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Forecast sales revenue based on the current pipeline.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all qualified leads and opportunities.

Market Development
- Identify new industries, customer segments, and geographical markets for QHRM.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Track competitor products, pricing, features, and market positioning.
- Provide customer and market feedback to the Product, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition of closed customers to the implementation/customer success team.
- Support account expansion and cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Sales Manager will be evaluated based on:
- Monthly and quarterly revenue achievement
- New customer acquisition
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead-to-demo conversion rate
- Demo-to-customer conversion rate
- Sales pipeline value

1. Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2-5 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Manager / Team Lead / Business Development Manager role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

1. Compensation

Salary: As per experience, skills, and market standards. Incentives: Performance-based incentives linked to individual and team sales achievement.

1. Role Objective

The primary objective of the Sales Manager is to build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline, acquire new QHRM customers, achieve revenue targets, and develop a high-performing sales team in the Indian market. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
