Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Business Development with a strong background in the International IT market (US, UK, Middle East, Europe, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve international sales targets in the IT domain.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.

Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to propose customized IT solutions to clients.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.

Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.

Represent the company at international events,



conferences, and client meetings (virtual or on-site).

Prepare and present business proposals, RFP responses, and sales reports to management.

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

3–9 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT industry (International Market only).

Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions such as Web Development, ERP/CRM, Salesforce, Cloud, and Custom Software Development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships with global clients.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
