Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 02–05 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Educational Sales, School Solutions, Footwear industries.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and market development.

Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹5.00 LPA (based on experience, qualifications, and current compensation)

Role Objective: To expand Liberty Shoes' institutional business by partnering with schools and educational institutions, ensuring sustained revenue growth and strengthening the company's position as a preferred school footwear solution provider.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Generate business from schools.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new schools and key prospects.




- Conduct Concept Presentations (CPs), product demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales data and submit timely reports.
