Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors.
- Drive Life Insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Support advisors through regular coaching and field assistance.
- Build and maintain strong advisor and customer relationships.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Life Insurance/BFSI sales.
- Robust communication, sales, and team-building skills.
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
