- Build a strong network of physiotherapists & orthopedic doctors across Mumbai
- Drive product recommendations through doctors patients
- Create a scalable B2B channel from scratch

- Meet doctors daily, build trust, and stay top of mind
- Conduct demos, educate, and drive real usage
- Make sure we’re not just known—but recommended

Drive Revenue, Not Just Relationships

- Track referrals conversions revenue
- Continuously improve outcomes from your network
- Think like a business owner, not just an operator

Build & Lead Your Own Team

- Hire and scale a team of Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Train them,



lead from the front, and drive performance
- Build a repeatable playbook for future cities

Who This Role Is For

- You already have a strong network of physiotherapists / ortho doctors
- You’ve worked in pharma / medical devices / healthcare B2B
- You understand how doctor influence drives patient decisions
- You’re comfortable being on the field and getting things done
