We're hiring a Business Development Manager to take those brands to market.
What you'll be selling
? Media and publications: advertising, sponsorships and brand partnerships for a design and lifestyle publication read by architects, designers and homeowners.
? Architecture and interiors: design mandates for residential, commercial and hospitality clients through our partner practices.
? Brands, events and exhibitions: interior and furniture brands, exhibitions, cultural events and sponsorship properties across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and UAE.
Different products, one buyer ecosystem. The architect, the brand owner, the developer, the marketing head. If you know how that world works, you'll feel at home here.
What you'll own
- The full cycle: prospecting → meeting → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Identifying brands, manufacturers, design firms and corporates who need what our partners offer
- Building proposals shaped around a client's actual business goals, not a rate card
- Representing LOTL Infra and its partners at exhibitions, industry events and networking meets
- Working with our creative, editorial,
production and events teams to deliver what you sell
- Owning a revenue number, and enjoying it
Who we're looking for 3–5 years of hands-on business development or sales, ideally from media and publications, advertising, events and exhibitions, experiential marketing, or the architecture, interiors and lifestyle space.
You're comfortable in a room with senior decision-makers. You cold call without hesitation. You use LinkedIn as a sales tool, not a résumé. And you'd rather open a door than wait for one.
Your biggest advantage: your network.

Salary Offered: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month, based on experience and performance
