Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business growth for our Digital Marketing and Technology Services division.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT sales, B2B sales, outbound business development, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing. The candidate should also have sufficient technical knowledge to understand client requirements and confidently present digital, web, and technology solutions.

Our services include Digital Marketing, Creative & Content Services, Website Development, CRM Solutions, ERP Solutions, SaaS Products, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, and other technology solutions

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-6+ years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and IT/Technology solutions.




- Experience selling Website Development, SaaS, CRM, ERP, Mobile Applications, or Software solutions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong follow-up discipline and sales pipeline management skills.
- Target-oriented with solid ownership and business development capabilities.
- Experience working with SMEs, enterprises, corporates, or business owners is preferred.
- Good CRM and sales reporting skills.
- Willingness to work from Kochi.
