Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting marketing and exhibition design solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.

The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating closely with the design and operations teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

The Business Development

Manager will also analyze market trends, attend industry events,



and provide input on strategic initiatives to increase market share and revenue.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Experience in business development for marketing services, events, or exhibition stand design is highly beneficial.
- Ability to understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with confident spoken and written English.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital channels to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
- Prior experience in the exhibitions, events, or design industries in Mumbai or similar markets is an advantage.
