We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic, confident, and interested in sales, customer communication, and business growth.
The intern will work closely with our team to generate leads, communicate with prospective students/clients, understand their requirements, and support the business development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer/student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update and maintain lead information in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for demos, counselling, and admissions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
- Assist in developing strategies for lead generation and business growth.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Prepare basic reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and qualified communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
