The Kahanikaars is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and work on real business opportunities, client research, lead generation and outreach.

What You’ll Work On

- Researching potential clients, brands and business opportunities
- Identifying relevant decision-makers and prospects
- Building and maintaining targeted lead lists
- Conducting LinkedIn and online research
- Supporting outreach through LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Initiating conversations and following up with prospects
- Assisting with pitches, proposals and client presentations
- Tracking leads and maintaining outreach records
- Working closely with the team on new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Good research and analytical abilities
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional research and outreach
- Positive written communication
- Proactive and confident approach
- Interest in business development, sales, marketing or startups
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Prior BD/sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
