Role Description The Business Development Intern will work full time on-site in Jabalpur, supporting the growth of ReplyDost among local businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and conducting basic market research to understand customer needs and competitive offerings.

The intern will interact with business owners, explain product features and pricing, and assist in onboarding new customers to the platform. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



maintaining accurate records of outreach and sales activities, and providing feedback on customer requirements and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback.
- Must have the knowledge of Google Business Profiling as well as social media tools .
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with local businesses and support client onboarding.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects and understand the local business landscape.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and interest in business development or SaaS products.
