Role Description The Business Development Intern will work full time on-site in Chirawa, supporting efforts to expand the firm’s client base and strengthen existing relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential leads, assisting in outreach activities, and helping prepare presentations or proposals for prospective clients. The intern will conduct basic market research to understand target segments, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in financial and compliance services.

They will also interact with clients and prospects under guidance from senior team members, maintain records in CRM or tracking tools,



and collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess market trends, and support business development decisions.
- Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication, and the ability to present information professionally.
- Lead generation skills to identify potential clients, qualify opportunities, and support outreach campaigns.
- Market research skills to gather, organize, and report on industry, competitor, and customer information.
- Customer service skills to engage with clients and prospects in a courteous, responsive, and solution-oriented manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Chirawa, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
