Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This role involves managing the complete sales process, from identifying and engaging potential clients to conducting follow-ups, booking consultations, and converting qualified prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build genuine relationships with prospects across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and engage leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, email, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements,



and explain relevant Globalease services.
- Conduct sales calls, schedule consultations, and manage follow-ups.
- Take ownership of leads through the complete sales cycle and work towards successful conversions.
- Maintain lead records and sales activities using HubSpot CRM and other tools.
- Work towards conversion-focused performance targets.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach when communicating with potential clients.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable communicating through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior sales or immigration experience is a plus.
