Business Development Intern – EV Charging

ChargingAdda is an EV charging infrastructure Company building and operating EV charging stations across residential societies, commercial properties, and other locations.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our team in Bangalore.

What you will do

- Identify and approach residential societies, RWAs, builders, commercial properties and businesses.
- Meet prospects and explain ChargingAdda’s EV charging solutions.
- Generate current leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Update and manage lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for new charger installations.
- Support customer and partner relationships.
- Contribute to business growth and expansion across Bangalore.

Opportunity to Work in Operations For candidates who demonstrate strong ownership and execution skills, there will also be an opportunity to take responsibility for EV charging operations , including:

- Coordinating charger installations and site deployments.




- Working with technicians, vendors and customers.
- Following up on servicing and maintenance requirements.
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensuring charging stations remain operational.

Who we are looking for

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development or Operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to learn and execute independently.
- Prior EV industry knowledge is not mandatory .
