Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development . The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, and driving revenue through strategic influencer marketing solutions.

The candidate will act as a key link between the company and prospective clients, understanding their marketing objectives and translating them into effective influencer-led campaigns. The role involves prospecting, pitching, client relationship management, proposal development, negotiation, and closing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital marketing and influencer marketing ecosystem, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understanding client objectives and recommending relevant influencer marketing strategies and solutions.




- Creating and presenting proposals, campaign concepts, and commercial pitches.
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.
- Collaborating with influencer marketing, strategy, campaign, and operations teams to develop and execute client solutions.
- Tracking industry trends, emerging platforms, creators, and developments in the influencer marketing space.
- Achieving business development and revenue targets while contributing to long-term account growth.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business with existing clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects, opportunities, proposals, and client interactions.
