Business Development & Industry Linkages Executive Sewing Training Cum Production Centre (TCPC), Vadodara

Noble Citizen Foundation is looking for a motivated and field-oriented skilled to join our Sewing Training Cum Production Centre (TCPC) in Vadodara.

The primary objective of this role is to connect the TCPC with industries, corporates, institutions and businesses, generate bulk production orders, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for trained women.

The TCPC is a CSR initiative of Sun Pharma, implemented by Noble Citizen Foundation, with USHA Silai School as the technical and training partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach industries, corporates, institutions, businesses and potential clients for bulk production orders.
- Generate leads and develop long-term industry and institutional relationships.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate samples, quotations and production requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Explore opportunities for uniforms, garments, bags, aprons, workwear and other suitable products.
- Support day-to-day coordination of the TCPC.
- Coordinate with trainer and women beneficiaries.
- Prepare project presentations, proposals, reports and other documentation.
- Maintain client, project and activity records.
- Work closely with trained women to create production and livelihood opportunities.
- Support the development of the TCPC as a sustainable women-led production and livelihood centre.

Eligibility
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
- MSW (Master of Social Work)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, Management, Social Sciences, Rural Development,



Fashion/Textile or relevant fields.
- Candidates with relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, industry linkages, CSR, NGO/livelihood projects, garment/textile industry or institutional sales will be preferred.

Employment Details Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Joining: Immediate
