Job Summary The role leads North India growth for IDPAC industrial automation business, targeting 400 MINR through untapped existing segments. The position combines regional strategy, market development, and technical sales leadership.

Mission: IDPAC business in the North Region (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, UP, UK) with a specific focus on untapped existing segments. 400 MINR.

Responsibilities

- Planning and marketing of Industrial Automation products in North Region, Greater India.
- Drive strategy in order to achieve 3 years growth numbers.
- Identify and review market trends to fine tune strategies to drive sales growth.
- Design sales, marketing prescription strategies through product, solutions, technical seminars, competitor analysis.
- To gain market share within the Region.
- Has good knowledge of industrial Automation products software, DCS, PLC, SCADA. Knowledge of control products viz Drives, sensors, starters, relays, contractors is an added advantage.
- Achieving the budget number.
- Developing the project pipeline in order to maintain and grow business revenues.
- Peer and channel feedback.




- Fully responsible for the results of the work.

Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Must to have BE/BTech - Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation. Positive to have Discrete Process Industrial Automation Exposure.
- Job Experience: Overall Experience 10+ years. Relevant Experience 8+ Years.

Competencies

- Technical Competencies: Understanding PLCs, DCS SCADA Systems; Discrete , Process Automation; Knowledge Sugar, OilGas, Water and Waste Water, Pharma, Data Center, Paper Industry.
- Functional competencies: Market Knowledge; Good Negotiation; Presentation Skills; Work with diverse team, sales, channel, OEM, End user.
- Behavioral Competencies: Good communications, Self-learner, team player, Influence teams.
