ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an IT services company working with clients in India and international markets.

The role involves generating new business, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting IT solutions, handling follow-ups, negotiating and converting prospects into long-term clients.

EXPERIENCE

1–3+ Years of experience in:

IT Sales / Software Sales

Business Development

Inside Sales

International Sales

B2B Sales

Lead Generation & Cold Calling

Experience in an IT services, software, digital marketing or technology company will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, online research and other channels
- Handle international calls and client communication
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions




- Sell services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO and other IT solutions
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline
- Prepare and discuss proposals, quotations and service offerings
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively
- Convert qualified leads into clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good understanding of IT services and technology solutions
- Experience with B2B sales and international clients
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
- Ability to identify client requirements and present solutions
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Experience selling Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, SEO or Software Solutions is preferred
