Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive working from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through online channels, outreach campaigns, and networking, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partners.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the sales pipeline, conduct virtual meetings and presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



preparing proposals and follow-up communications, and contributing to growth strategies for the academy’s programs and services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the academy’s client base and partnerships.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to support long-term relationships and manage ongoing engagements.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms for outreach and reporting.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or education/training services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
