Role Description The Business Development Executive – US Healthcare (RCM) will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US healthcare market, with a focus on medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves generating qualified leads, managing client outreach, and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers and RCM partners. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions,



and supporting contract negotiations to drive revenue growth.

The executive will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction during US night shifts.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation within US healthcare or RCM environments.
- Solid Business acumen, including understanding of medical billing, healthcare RCM processes, and commercial drivers.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for US clients.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to nurture relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Experience working in US night shifts and comfort interacting with international stakeholders.
- Prior experience in healthcare BPO, medical billing, or RCM sales is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple opportunities, and meet revenue and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is desirable.
