Uncle Peter's Pancakes (UPP) is a rapidly growing Indian pancake QSR chain that began as a cloud kitchen in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, in 2019. The brand brings the essence of pancake culture to India, offering a variety of both sweet and savory options tailored to the Indian palate.

UPP has expanded to over 140+ outlets across 40 cities and was featured on Shark Tank India Season 3, highlighting its creative approach and rapid growth. With plans to open over 500 stores across India in the next three years, Uncle Peter's Pancakes is on a mission to make pancakes a staple in Indian cuisine.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the Business Development team in identifying opportunities, coordinating with prospective partners, managing follow-ups, and assisting with franchise expansion activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, stakeholder coordination, and the F&B; franchise business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential franchise and business opportunities.
- Assist in lead generation, maintaining lead databases, and tracking prospects.
- Coordinate with prospective franchise partners and support regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, follow-ups, and project status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, discussions,



and required information.
- Perform market research on competitors, locations, F&B; trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Take up other business development and coordination activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field .
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace .
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Prior exposure to F&B;, franchising, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
