Business Development Executive — AI & Software Services

UnitOne AI is looking for an experienced business development professional to help us win client projects in custom software development, AI automation and workflow integration.

ROLE DETAILS

- Location: Hyderabad, India | Remote
- Engagement: Contract-to-hire
- Experience: 4+ years in business development or sales, with relevant IT/software services experience
- Fixed compensation: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated skills
- Incentive: 10% bonus for each successfully acquired client. The calculation basis, eligibility and payment schedule will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Research prospective clients and identify relevant project opportunities, RFPs and agency partnerships.
- Run targeted cold email, cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, with professional, respectful follow-ups.
- Find and bid for suitable projects on Upwork and other relevant platforms.
- Qualify requirements, budget and timelines; arrange discovery calls with our founder and technical team.
- Prepare tailored proposals with technical-team support and manage follow-ups through closure.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and report on qualified meetings,



proposals and won projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- A demonstrable record of acquiring clients and winning IT/software services projects.
- Strong written and spoken English, proposal-writing and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, project bidding and CRM tools.
- Ability to understand client problems and work independently in a remote workplace.

You’ll own prospecting and sales follow-ups, with founder and technical-team support for solution scoping, pricing and delivery commitments.

This opportunity starts on a contract basis. Contract duration and working arrangements will be discussed during hiring. Conversion to permanent employment will depend on performance, business needs and mutual agreement; it is not guaranteed.
