UltraFast Chargers is looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with 4+ years of experience who is passionate about business development, client engagement, and building long-term B2B relationships.

Job Details: Position: Business Development Executive Experience: 4+ Years Location: Hyderabad Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and convert new B2B business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients - Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, outbound outreach, and referrals - Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate EV charging solutions - Manage client meetings, product presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups - Identify new markets, customer segments,



and opportunities to drive business growth - Explore and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities - Achieve assigned business development and sales targets Preferred Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related role - Experience in the EV, Electrical, Energy, Infrastructure, or related industry is preferred - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Positive understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and B2B sales processes - Strong follow-up and account management skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday – Saturday Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience Be a part of India's growing EV charging ecosystem and build your career with UltraFast Chargers while contributing to the expansion of sustainable mobility solutions.
