About The Opportunity We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented freshers to join our 5-Month Business Development Training Program .

During the training, you will learn about SaaS sales, recruitment technology, international markets, prospecting, lead generation, customer communication and the complete sales process.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Business Development Executive with 2,40,000/year + incentives , based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand iSmartRecruit and its recruitment technology solutions.
- Identify and research potential customers in international markets.
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, calling and other channels.
- Conduct prospect research and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects and understand their recruitment and business requirements.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
- Work towards defined daily and monthly lead generation and demo targets.




- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Continuously learn about SaaS sales, recruitment technology and international markets.

Who We Are Looking For
- Freshers interested in Business Development, International Sales and SaaS.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented with a competitive and achievement-driven mindset.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and take ownership of assigned targets.
- Prior experience or exposure to recruitment agencies, HR or SaaS will be a big plus.

Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, HR or related fields are preferred.
